Method Development for LC
The short course will begin with an overview on different modes of Liquid Chromatography (RP, IEX, SEC, HIC,and HILIC) as well as why and where they are best utilized.
The hardware and how to select the correct LC configuration (HPLC, UHPLC, or UPLC) and considerations to maximize LC’s performance will be covered prior to the lab sessions. Classic method development for each mode will discussed, method modernization and advanced software tools will be highlighted.
Lab sessions will have two tracks: (1) UHPLC method development for small molecules and (2) UPLC method development for large molecule analysis.
Registration: $250 (Inquire about student rates)
Registration fee includes course materials as well as breakfast, lunch, and coffee/beverage service. Payment by credit card is preferred; checks payable to WCDG will also be accepted.
